AI System and Model Inventory
This document describes the inventory fields IndusLabs expects to maintain for public AI systems and related providers.
Purpose
Publish the metadata IndusLabs tracks for AI systems, providers, owners, risk tiers, and kill-switch paths.
Scope
- Models, providers, and public AI systems used in customer-facing experiences.
- Ownership, purpose, deployment status, and model dependency metadata.
- Release-linked updates when a system materially changes.
Published Commitments
- Each listed AI system should have an owner, intended use, and dependency record.
- Material provider or model changes should be reflected before production release.
- Deprecated or retired systems should be removed or marked clearly.
