AI Interaction Disclosure Standard

This document states that IndusLabs should clearly disclose AI involvement when a user is interacting with an AI-powered experience.

Purpose

Require first-turn disclosure across web, voice, messaging, and API-based assistants.

Scope

Website demos, voice workflows, messaging experiences, and comparable customer-facing AI interactions.
First-turn or clearly visible disclosure text in the relevant channel.
Public wording updates when launch scope or messaging changes.

Published Commitments

Users should be informed that they are interacting with an AI-powered system.
Disclosure wording should stay visible or easy to locate during the interaction.
Public disclosure copy should be updated when channels or use cases change materially.
