Scope
- AI-assisted website demos, voice workflows, and customer-facing automation published by IndusLabs.
- Material updates to prompts, models, integrations, safety controls, or output behavior.
- Public-facing governance statements maintained in the Trust Center.
Published Commitments
- Major AI changes should pass product, engineering, and risk review before release.
- Each customer-facing AI use case should have a named owner responsible for quality and escalation.
- Material governance changes should be reflected in public documentation on the stated review cadence.
